The Fertile Void is a realm we all find ourselves in now and again. If you've ever been through a big transition, felt lost, confused or uncertain - you've entered this liminal space. Some call it The Void, some The Abyss, others simply The Unknown - whatever name we ascribe to it, this realm welcomes us all equally in times of, change, bewilderment and disorientation. It's a beautiful and non-judgemental place.
However, the rub is that in our modern society, we're told that feeling lost and uncertain is bad and that we should always have all the answers. This leads us to fearing The Void and any uncomfortable emotions we may be experiencing. We're encouraged to jump from one thing to another, to distract ourselves - to do anything to avoid feeling an existential twinge.
However - the longer we remain in The Void, the more we realize we can relax and that there's nothing to fear in liminal spaces. In fact, a liminal space is downright FERTILE. It is:
The tender place from which all things spring.
This deck helps you find your way through The Void, and every other challenge, lesson, transition or question you may face. Because let's be real, we're living through unprecedented times. Many of us are facing uncertain futures. The role of esoterica and mysticism is to help us ground ourselves through awakening the spiritual self.
